I am obsessed with this lemon chicken. I have it at least once a week and I never get tired of it. It is a perfect, quick meal for any day. I am super excited to share this recipe with you and I hope you love it as much as I do!
RECIPE DETAILS:
- organic chicken breast
- lemon juice
- extra virgin olive oil
- pink Himalayan sea salt
- black pepper
- garlic powder
- oregano
- parsley flakes
- Every But the Bagel seasoning from Trader Joes (optional, but recommended)
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat a pan with olive oil for about a minute.
- Pound the chicken breast between two sheets of press and seal
- Place the chicken on the pan and splash some lemon juice around it.
- Let the chicken cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, oregano, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper on the chicken once cooking on the second side.
- Cut little slits in different areas of the chicken.
- If the inside has a clear liquid and is not pink, it is ready to go.
- To top it off, sprinkle the Everything But the Bagel seasoning from Trader Joes on top.
